A beautiful sunny day saw 16 entries to the APA shooting Competition.
The morning saw all the players go through the complete discipline twice with a combine score the players were then seeded, top 8 to the main and the next 8 to the plate.
Following the seeding saw a straight knock out Competition. In the Main quarter finals Tony Morgan v Akil Vasram, Allen Kemp v Les Shilling, Steve Welford v Stuart Picton and Simon Doble v Jallal Talbi, all were tight matches with narrow margins of victory. Tony, Allen, Steve and Simon all proceeded to the semis. Steve played Allen and Simon versus Tony. Steve and Allen’s match was close but sealed in the 5th discipline the jack by Allen! Simon powered through with 37 points, With Simon and Allen reaching the final. Simon took a quick lead and held on throughout. Congratulation to both finalists, and to Simon for Winning.
