APA Annual General Meeting Notification 2025

Preliminary Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting to be held at Diss FC, Brewers Green Lane IP22 4QP Wednesday 19th November at 7.30pm

1. Apologies for Absence
2. The confirmation and adoption of the minutes of the 2024 AGM.
3. The Chairman’s Report
4. The Treasurers Report and adoption of the accounts together with the Auditors Report
5. To determine the rates of membership for the association for 2026
   • Proposal from Treasurer seconded by Secretary
     • Anglia Precept Fee to INCREASE BY £1
     • Payments for Champion of Champion Travel Subsidies will be paid to the person who paid the original entry fee. The subside paid is up to £40 per team, per leg of the journey, maximum claim is £80 per event (20p per mile), should a team qualify for both events then instead of paying 2 lots of travel subside the team can claim up to £80 in travel and up to £80 hotel fees, mileage will be paid based on Google Maps and Hotel will be paid once a copy of the receipt is provided.
     • Inter Regional Qualifier Entrance Fee to go up from £22.50 per player to £30 per player. Team of 3 £90, Team of 4 £120
     • All individuals players to pay for their own IR Accommodation Fees in 2026, Deposits to be paid before the 2nd Qualifier £20 pp. Final Balance to be 2 weeks after the final qualifier, any room supplements, reductions to be paid, returned once final invoice is received.
6. To consider and, if so approve motions submitted in accordance with the constitution and rules. The RMC shall decide the order in which motions will be considered and may consolidate motions.
